High Command is deploying us against these high-tech aliens who bring units like the <strong>Veracitor<\/strong> (a CQC specialist) and the <strong>Gatekeeper<\/strong>, who will try to snipe you from across the map. These storms have three intensity levels, bringing high winds, frequent lightning strikes, and zero visibility. If you want to calm the weather, you\u2019ll need to tackle the new <strong>&#8220;Destroy Exospire&#8221;<\/strong> mission type. This involves tracking down access nodes, overloading shield generators, and finally nuking the core by destroying the Dark Fluid cells. Without a coordinated squad, you&#8217;re toast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entrenched Division: Trenches and Flamethrowers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Launching alongside the patch is the new <strong>Entrenched Division<\/strong> Premium Warbond (1,000 Super Credits). Drawing heavy inspiration from WWI, it brings unique gear to the frontlines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New Armor:<\/strong> Light and medium sets built for surviving the grittiest environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weaponry:<\/strong> A portable flamethrower and the hammer-shaped <strong>Giga Grenade<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fire Mechanic Overhaul:<\/strong> Arrowhead has tweaked how enemies react to being torched. Small and medium mobs (including Terminids and Cyborgs) now panic when flamed in the face, attacking randomly and moving erratically. The return of the Illuminate is exactly the shot in the arm the community needed after the endless grind against Automatons. The Exostorms mechanic sounds frustrating on paper, but it fits perfectly into the beautiful chaos we love. We&#8217;re a bit bummed about the &#8220;One True Flag&#8221; stratagem being temporarily disabled due to crashes, but the flamethrower buffs and the return of medium armor penetration on the GL-21 are changes that&#8217;ll have every diver grinning.
