Lissandra was released on April 30, 2013, and is currently in patch V26.03. Don\u2019t let the \u201cB tier\u201d ranking fool you \u2013 in the right hands, Lissandra is one of the most terrifying champions to play against. Post-6, any aggressive play from them gets answered with R stun into full combo. Lissandra doesn\u2019t need to out-damage Fizz \u2013 she just needs to not die, and her entire kit is designed to survive burst.
