Speranza’s sharp-eyed security chief, Shani, never settles for a single backup plan, she has backups for the backups. As the settlement’s go-to ARC specialist, she’s also Celeste’s key ally when it comes to mapping out skirmishes topside. Most residents see her as intense, distrustful, and downright paranoid, but Shani’s fine with the label if it helps keep the city alive.
Holding the line for Speranza is a constant uphill fight. She could use support, just don’t give her a reason to question you.
