The final puzzle piece is close, I can feel it.
According to the notes I’ve been able to put together, Kynes held a famous lecture about his grand plans for Arrakis, and I believe there is a recording of it, somewhere within this very Testing Station! You should look for an old holo projector.
I’ll stay here deciphering more of these notes – but don’t worry. I’ve finally figured out how to look after myself.
In order to start this Contract, you need to go to Imperial Testing Station 163 and find Derek there inside the base.
