The Roaring winds have uncovered Caches from the First Wave giving better loot then normal Raider Caches (The first Wave Caches make a more digital ticking sound then the normal raider caches, but they are hard to hear because of the wind and rain).
The flying debris will make your shield crackle and will reduce its durability and will slowly damage the shield’s health on the raider. Higher-threat ARC are found more often on this map condition.
Going against the strong winds will drain your stamina faster and will make you slightly slower while running, jumping also pushes you with the wind. Going with the wind will make you faster.
