Flickering Threat

Flickering Threat is a Quest given by Celeste after completing Power Out.

Dialog

Intro/Description:

  • My usual engineer is still healing from his wounds, and has been loopy for days. We can’t afford to be at half-grid until he heals; I need someone to pick up his wrench in the mean time.

Upon Acceptance:

  • Watch your back when you’re in the Power Generation Complex. I don’t want my backup engineer bedridden as well.

Idle:

  • We’ve had to divert power to the most critical sections for now, so some people are going without. We can’t keep this up for long.

Upon Entering Raid:

  • This is Celeste. There’s a Power Generation Complex by the Dam; the wounded engineer was mumbling about the Generator Room in his sleep. Never stops working, that man.

Upon Repairing Generator:

  • Generator works. Now find the power switch in the Ventilation Shaft. Look for a high tower; the switch should be under the stairs.

Upon Enabling The Power:

  • Our systems just lit back up, and the engineer’s mumbling is getting more coherent by the minute. Thanks, Raider; get home safe.

Awaiting Completion:

  • Lance tells me the engineer will be back on his feet in no time.

Upon Completion:

  • The power is back at full capacity; that should buy my engineer some time to recover from his wounds. Thank you.

    • It is the tall building to the West of the elevator, accessible via the SE door of the Generator Room
  • Enable the power via the power switch underneath the stairs
