The Tactical Mk. 2 is a Rare Tactical Augment and the direct upgrade to the Tactical Mk. 1, with more backpack slots and higher weight capacity. It introduces a unique passive, and one dedicated utility slot.
Compared to the Combat and Looting Augments, the Tactical Augment comes with one additional quick-use slot, for a total of 5. However, compared to the other Rare (Mk. 2) Augments, it has the lowest weight capacity and amount of backpack slots, and its weight capacity only increases by 5 from its lower-tier variant (compared to Looting and Combat’s 10 additional weight capacity over their lower-tier variants).
