A Prime Specimen is a quest given by Shani after completing The Clean Dream.

In One Round

• Obtain 2 ARC Powercells
• Interact with any ARC Deforester
• Loot an ARC Deforester

• 3× Remote Raider Flare

• 1× Patrol Car Key
• 3× Door Blocker

Introduction:

That Deforester by the Blue Gate may have caused some real devastation, but a pristine husk like that is also an invaluable sample for our research.

Upon Acceptance:

See if you can find a way to open up that Deforester. By now, I trust you know to approach very carefully.

Idle:

If we’ve learned anything from dormant-looking ARC machines, it’s to anticipate a good scorching.

Upon Entering Raid:

This is Shani speaking. Remember: if those Deforesters can strip away entire forests, they may not think twice about harming you, either.

Upon Completion:

It was one thing when we thought they were just mining, but for them to be after organic material too… An unsettling thought.
