  • Go to the Security Bridge
  • Search for the safe in the side room by the third-floor staircases
  • Head upstairs to the fourth-floor control room
  • Use the Access Card Printer to print a key to the safe
  • Search for alternate ways into the safe
  • Retrieve the contents of the safe
  • Deliver the Project Heartwood Blueprints to Tian Wen
