Down in Speranza, most people can’t claim they’ve seen much of Tian Wen beyond her eyes. The city’s resident weapons craftsperson, she keeps to herself far more comfortable with tools and parts than with conversation. Her impatience with most Raiders is barely hidden, and she deals with them mainly when it suits her. Still, beneath the sharp edges there’s a quiet weakness she’d never openly acknowledge: she can’t resist fixing things that are broken, whether it’s an old action figure, a battered weapon… or, on rare occasions, a person.
Some folks write her off as just a “gun nut,” but that’s only part of the story. Tian Wen also has an almost uncanny talent for tech and construction.
